The South Madison Coalition of the Elderly dedicated to the independence of older adults

Senior Meal Program

The Coalition serves healthy, delicious meals to individuals 60 and over at five senior meal program sites in south Madison. The program gives older adults the opportunity to get out of the house every weekday to make friends, renew old acquaintances, and learn about our services and events. Special social activities are provided at each site.

The cost for persons 60 and older is on a donation basis. The sites are open Monday through Friday, with the exception of the Bayview site. Reservations are needed 24 hours in advance and can be made by calling the site or the Coalition office.

Bus rides to the sites, provided by Transit Solutions, are available to people in the program for $1 per round trip. Rides can be reserved by calling 294-8747.
